Kent was a pleasure to work with, Always kept in contact with me and kept my mind at ease with what he knew. His assistant however need to be more attentive, hardly answering phone call( as I drive for a living) made it hard to communicate through emails. But at the end of the day we got through it and as Kent promised us, made it happen. Thanks Kent.

We have known Kent for about 12 years and did our initial mortgage with him at his previous company. When it came time to refinance, there was no other choice since we had such a positive experience in the past. The refinance went smoothly and in a timely manner.
