Took a little bit for us to get ours to close but was on the appraiser. But Kent stayed on top of them and we finally closed a few weeks ago. Was a pleasure working with you buddy.

When it came time to refinance, there was no other choice since we had such a positive experience in the past. The refinance went smoothly and in a timely manner.
